Catherine A. Peterson
Ms. Catherine A. Peterson is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended Pennsylvania State University and West Chester State University, earning a B.A., magna cum laude, in 1978. She also earned a J.D. degree from the Temple University School of Law in 1984, with honors of Distinguished Classroom Performance in Trial Advocacy.
She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Peterson has also been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Peterson has experience in mass tort litigation, personal injury matters, and consumer product litigation.
Ms. Peterson joined Kantrowitz & Phillippi, LLC in 2006. From 1984 through 1992, Ms. Peterson practiced in asbestos litigation in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices of a Pennsylvania-based firm. Ms. Peterson resides in Merion, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.
